Terms of Service
Last updated: October 13, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Proper Lean LLC dba Twobin (“TwoBin,” “we,” “us”) for the use of the TwoBin app at app.two-bin.com and the website two-bin.com (the “Service”). If you use the Service for a company, you agree to these Terms on its behalf and confirm you are authorized to do so. Contact: support@two-bin.com.
1. The Service
TwoBin is software for running a two-bin kanban replenishment system: kanban cards and labels, scanning, warehouse layout, purchasing, receiving, and — on the Shop plan — made-part production tracking. We may improve, change or retire features over time; if we remove something material from a paid plan, we will tell you in advance.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 and use TwoBin for business purposes.
- You are responsible for the people you invite to your company's account, for the roles you give them, and for keeping sign-in details secure. Tell us right away at support@two-bin.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.
3. Plans, billing and renewal
- The Pilot plan is free for up to 50 active parts. Paid plans and their prices are shown on our pricing page and in the app.
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices exclude taxes, which we add where required.
- Each plan includes a number of active parts. If you go over your plan's limit, we will ask you to upgrade or archive parts; your existing parts are never deleted.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; the new price applies from your next renewal after the notice period.
- Cancellations, plan changes and refunds work as described in our Refunds & Cancellation policy, which is part of these Terms.
4. Your data
- You own the data you put into TwoBin (“Your Data”). You give us permission to host, process, back up and display Your Data only as needed to provide and support the Service.
- We handle Your Data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell it.
- You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload, and for the accuracy of Your Data and the purchasing decisions you make with it.
- We back up the Service to recover from system failures. We cannot roll back the whole Service to undo one company's own changes; where possible, we will help recover data you deleted by mistake on a best-effort basis.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: break the law using the Service; try to access another company's data or any part of the Service you aren't authorized to; probe, scan or test the Service's security without our written permission; disrupt or overload the Service; copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Service; upload malware; or use the Service to build a competing product.
6. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties such as Stripe for payments, and the parts catalog may link to retailers such as Amazon (as an Amazon Associate, TwoBin earns from qualifying purchases). Your use of third-party sites is governed by their terms; we are not responsible for their products, prices or availability.
7. Availability and support
We work to keep the Service available and fast, and we provide support by email at support@two-bin.com. The Service is provided without a guaranteed uptime commitment unless we agree to one in writing.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, puts the Service or other customers at risk, or remains unpaid after the grace period; except in urgent cases, we will give you notice and a chance to fix the problem first. After closure, you can ask us for a copy of Your Data within 30 days.
9. Disclaimers
Except as stated in these Terms, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. TwoBin helps you organize reordering; it does not guarantee that you will never run out of stock.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from these Terms or the Service. TwoBin's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes we will update the date above and email account admins at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
